Everything must be organized and have a place to know what projects are on the books and their given status.Ībagail and I have spent many moments discussing how we manage Think Creative’s projects. And it also ensured my Dad’s mild OCD was kept at bay. Running an efficient business is similar to this childhood experience of learning how to keep everything in order. It brought efficiency to making sure homework was done and completed on-time. To me a routine helped smooth things out and manage expectations. And there was a consistent spot for homework. When I got home from school, there was a place to put my backpack.
Like some I grew up where order and tidiness meant everything.
